Likely one of the worst parking apps and systems I've ever seen. You can't specify where you are, it can only use GPS. It doesn't support Google Pay like every other parking app so you have to trust them to store a credit card, and even trying to setup basic information it kept trying to charge me to park again even though I already had an active session. Unfortunately you can't choose a city based on an app, but if one uses this garbage...I'd recommend finding a proper lot and avoiding it.

Overall, the app is great but has one critical flaw: Notifications are disabled. There is no in-app setting I can find to change this. After paying for a spot, on the timer dial screen it explicitly states "Notifications are disabled". In the App Permissions (Android Settings), notifications are enabled. Similarly, in Android > Notifications > App Notifications > Meter Feeder, all notifications are turned on. Notifications are a critical component with timed parking spaces.

Doesn't work, the known issue with the app not loading successfully has not been fixed, and it's been MONTHS. Complete trash. Doesn't save you time or money, so why bother? Not worth the hassle. If the issue was resolved and some other smart features were added, like a notification when you're time is almost out, this app could be worth it.

Pre-Paid for parking at 7:10ish am. Get back and have a ticket. Apparently my payment didn't go through. Even though I saw the page I always see after I've paid. Hence why I thought it went through. Then when I went to pay after getting my ticket for more parking, the darn app kept freezing and when I finally was able to pay, I was charge for Zone 1 price, even though I was in Zone 2.

I also have Pango Park and ParkMobile on my phone, and notifications work fine. Loaded app on my s23 cell. Enabled all notification settings in my Samsung s23. The screen on this app, Meter Feeder, show that Notifications are NOT enabled. Could not find any setting to Enable in that app. Guess I'll delete the app since no notifications makes it useless.

You've got quite a racket going. I expected to feed the meter, & did, only to find the meter wasn't working. Then, sitting in my vehicle, I followed the instructions on the meter, went to the website, downloaded the app, set it up with my veh and CC info, & paid for 2hrs. I had 31 minutes left and a ticket on my windshield when I returned. I called and was told I paid for parking in the wrong area. I was not given any location choices by the app. Total APP GPS FAILURE! Google got me there. So?

This app is completely unreliable and unusable. It just loads a blank white screen over and over. Clearing data doesn't work. Reinstalling doesn't work. Absolute trash and it's frustrating my local government has partnered with a group pushing out such an unreliable product.

I paid for my meter, went out and got some lunch, and when I got back I still had time on my meter according to the app. However on my truck there was a parking ticket. The only way to fight it is to let it go to court however I have to drive 3 hours to fight it... This company is a complete scam. Update: I contacted support. The conversation with them couldn't have been more dismissive. They told me to contact the City parking authority where I got the ticket and they couldn't help me. They also said that I paid for the wrong lot. Okay fine accident happen but they used my GPS location to tell me which lot I was parked in. When I asked how it could be wrong they told me it happens all the time. That means only on thing. They INTENTIONALLY locate you in the wrong spot to increase revenues. This company is SCAMMING its customers to increase their revenue.
