The simple fact that BY DESIGN you do not let people add 1 hand luggage on a booking with 2 people, but it must be added for both, just drives me insane. You even state on your website that people should call your customer service to do that. Too bad your airline is the go to solution for flying from/to Barcelona, otherwise I'd be damn sure not to ever book a flight with you anymore. Hope you'll decide to change this someday

The app is getting better all the time and I would give it 5 stars if it didn't re-initiate every time I shift the screen to another app. It's especially annoying when I have to type in my document numbers, that I have stored elsewhere on the phone. PS. why doesn't it take the document numbers from the saved info in my profile?

I booked - and paid for - adjoining seats for my wife and I for a Vueling flight to Barcelona. Unfortunately, Vueling kept moving my seats after booking, so we weren't sitting next to each other. I paid a second time for the seats I initially booked, but Vueling moved them again. This resulted in an extra hour in a queue for a check-in booth, for the attendant to change them back again. Worse of all, the experience was broadly mirrored for the journey home. I wouldn't fly with Vueling.

The app used to work perfectly, one of my favourite app for booking a flight. For some reason it has changed and now it is awful. For example, the 'direct fly' option doesn't work, and all the optionalities have now disappeared, leaving the "bundle" option only. Also, remove the random Spanish word still around. Terrible.

Fundamentally app doesn't let me logon.. So Zero.. I have an account.. At 2 different days, cant remember but type error, - try again, or come back later-. Otherwise booked 9a seat get 39a, €350, thank you for wasting my time..There is a Possitive.. Bcn autochecking, slick, big bag, no problem so 5... Lufthasa, frankfurt,. Autochecking , all shine expensive equipment , cant take a 23kg bag on auto,manual is 4 guys from baggage 2024, Lufthasa checkin 1 ,so check bag was excellent for vueling

I can't sign up to either the app or the website as I keep getting the error "sorry but, due to a connection error, you cannot sign up for vueling club at this time." I have tried over several days and it refuses to work so it's not just at this time, rather all the time.

Has stopped working on Android. Frustrating! Uninstalling and reinstalling does not fix the issue. The app just hangs...

Terrible app and terrible service. I cannot reach the support by all means. They do not respond to emails, the answer machine on the support phone line tells you to press buttons but then when you do nothing happens and finally when I open the app and press Help the app crashes. Nice way to rob your customers.
