Please add direct inter-linking with monthly pass to both physical and digital wallet octopus cards, along with more deduction/payment methods such as FPS, Mastercard(including foreign), Visa, PayPal, NFC, Union Pay, in-house virtual credit card etc. Whilst also able to swap payment methods on the Fly or auto switch to backup. Just allow Monthly Pass to bind with instant swap to what, how and whenever they want, either through binding method or as a payment option, all with real-time syncing.

The app is really useful when taking the MTR in Hong Kong. The fast exit feature is great for minimizing travel time. However there should not be ads in the app and the app often locks up when returning to it from other apps, necessitatiy a force close of the app.

Dec 2024. After yet another year, this app still not quite useless, but is heavily geared to retail promotion as opposed to user/customer service. Downgraded from 2 stars because 0 improvements of the already barely functional user side. Also, next train estimates are NOT accurate. MTR should farm out app development to one of the bus companies - NW or KMB - both of whom know what these apps are supposed to facilitate.

Fail to load and no response further when clicking 'Redeem' button recently. I've used 4 phones in English or Chinese version and even re-install the app but get the same result.

I use the app mainly for showing mtr qr, checking map and train schedule, the app sometimes loading air for more than 30 seconds, especially when you are trying to show the qr code.

All in all, the app is very accurate in predicting travel time. I would like to share my recent events when I lost my phone somewhere in the station. I used the report missing property function thing on the app. Firstly, it was convenient to use and didn't take much time as I didn't have to wait for a phone operator like in the olden days. Secondly, they found my phone after one night, when I went to collect, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I even got to see the control room!

Don't buy a tourist day pass. You would need to collect it in a specific location (sic!) + it is more expensive than buying single journey tickets.

My experience is that it is plainly slow... I use the app just to check map and route suggestion. It takes ages to open the app, will sometimes requires an update and the map also takes ages to load. Waiting and waiting... Separate the map from everything else or make a lite version. Now it's just loaded with tons and tons of feature that does not really help the user in their everyday travel needs.
