I've had the app for about 2 months now. I understand that they are new... yet I have only received 1 trip request in that time. There was an app update on 7/13/24 and now all the app does is crash as soon as it opens. I emailed support and I'm still awaiting a response on how to resolve that. Calling them doesn't help because the phone number only plays a recording instructing you to email them. Update: the crash is fixed now so I'll give them a little more time to go live in my city (NOLA)

This app is always closing on the driver's side, and I have been having riders trying to use the app, and they said that it wasn't working as well. Revo is a good company. we just need the app fixed.

Whatever your update did it force closes every time I go to open the app. Please revert back to the original build number. Samsung s24 ultra.

There must be bugs in the app I've tried multiple times to sign up and if I'm lucky enough to get to documents I can't upload but I'm lucky to even get pass the sign up page. Please fix and I will change rating once I cam sign up. I couldn't find another way to contact you!

It's a new company and app. I had a technical issue with signing up. I was connected with someone who managed to get it fixed fast. I give them a good rating for being progressive in customer care, and a quick response time. I like what I see so far, and feel it's going to keep getting better. 👍

I have loaded my driver's license information. I have loaded my registration information. That is as far as the app will let me go. If I try to move forward it says download everything and I did. If I try to back up it logs me out. I can't get anybody to help me.
