Login To Your Royal Club
Royal Club frequent flyer members can log in and check for your mileage points directly on the app.
Create Your Own Profile
Effortlessly create your own profile from the app. You will need to enter your name, contact details, email address, etc. Get your very own custom dashboard on the app where you can see information like flight details, tickets purchased, etc. Once you've created a profile, all your passenger details will be auto-filled the next time you book your ticket on our app.
Login As Guest
If you do not want to create a profile, you can log in as a guest and enjoy the same benefits.
Offline Ticket

Rating is for Apps functionality ! No "My Bookings " to view the booking and the available tab "Ticket Status" doesn't seems to work as it only shows loading sign. Overall the App quite slow to use. Tq

The app is pretty straightforward. The app does what it is developed for. However there are few improvements required. My Trips screen is just stuck on loader. It's not showing any details. While checking flight status, the flight duration and expected Landing Time should be visible. There should be a feature for tracking the flight status based on Flight Number or PNR Number. Recently checked Flight Status should be displayed as Suggestions for better UX. Hoping to see new features soon.

The airline need to schedule their flights on timely manner. Long waiting has been seen in recent times stating air traffic which is acceptable for an hour delay. But air traffic delay causing long waiting of 4 to 5 hours are really un acceptable and it is not logical too.

At least car about people who buy ticket from you. I booked a flight for late afternoon, and when I left home and when was in the middle of the way, I got a call from buddha Airlines saying my flight was cancelled. It's a ridiculous way to respond to your customer, at least inform them early morning or 2,3 hour before flight. Or give incentive for their losses.

Not able to change profile nationality.. Always after choosing the flight it shows different nationality by default.. did not change after clearing data or after uninstalling. Even after i login, it shows different nationality by default. Please make a way to change it. Very annoying to change the nationality every time for booking the flight

I booked a flight from ktm to bdp from Buddha air app. I didn't get the ticket confirmation and the amount has been deducted from my account. It's not my first time it has become more than 3 times. I have to call and confirm with them. The service is very poor.

Worst thing i have faced is while booking ticket for children they charge full fare which is shame. No need to mention child (2-11) if you gonna charge full fare. Customer service i face is poor & being a well known company in market simple loyalty programme signup option is not available online. I face checkin problem multiple times also. Unmanaged checkin counters. Besides this rest is good.

Its ok, sometimes the info is not correct or a bit confusing, when i used it for purchasing flights it didnt give an option for non Nepali banks for payment. Generally it was fine.
