The price is okay. May God help you if you need to change the dates or something on your reservation. Super. Cam books through Expedia I don't know if they're both owned by the same company or something. I accidentally overlapped 2 reservations they would not do anything to help me refused to change the dates refused to give me the Expedia reservation number so Expedia could change the dates for me and just kept my money. Reservation was for 2 days they kept it all I got 0 nights! SCAM! Beware!

This app is a scam. While I knowingly signed up for a Free trial, once I realized what I actually signed up for, I immediately canceled or so I thought. I went through the cancellation process and thought I was done only to find a charge in my credit card 7 days later. Upon going back to the website they add an extra step requiring you to call and complete the cancellation. This last step is unnecessary and likely results in fees charged unsuspecting people.

I certainly did not sign up for anything simply by reinstalling the app and opening it. That would be crazy. I can't even see what it is that I supposedly ordered. Please stop trying to charge my credit card every 3 hours. It's a virtual card that is permanently frozen. Or should I just uninstall the app to cancel whatever you think it is I ordered. If not, take this as an unmistakable cancellation of any of your products indefinitely. I've reported it as fraud to my bank. TY (not really)

Waste of time and money. You have to play a lot of levels just to earn $1 or $2, and I was able to redeem that. I spent money on the in app purchase for a game and ended up earning $80 in credits but when I tried to redeem to to my super card, it won't transfer. What's the point of giving me the credits I earned if I can't use it ? Customer service said I've been canceled all of a sudden without giving a specific reason now that I have an amount worth redeeming. Might as well cancel membership.

I LOVE the rewards Super offers and I like the Cash advance. It helps a lot of you are in between paychecks and need a lil extra cash until you get paid. HOWEVER! One change that could improve the experience would be to reconsider the $14.99 membership fee and the additional fees on advances. While I understand these are part of the service, they do add up, and finding ways to reduce or adjust them would make the overall experience more beneficial for users.

Do not use! I booked an hotel on this app and when booking, screen said, "error" and it said it did not book. I refreshed the app after the notice and there were no signs of the booking. I try booking again and it went through. I look the next day, and there were 2 charges. I reach out to customer service and they require ME TO CONTACT THE HOTEL TO GET A WRITTEN EMIAL THAT THEY COMPLY TO GIVE A REFUND. Which of course they will not do. I did not get my money back for the apps malfunction.

Ultimate scam company. Ordered pizza from Caseys and they gave a "get $20 back now if you sign up for super+ membership!" deal. I was like heck yeah, that's what I just paid! Deal is, they need an irl receipt (of which I didn't have, just the apps receipt) and they charge you $2 to sign up. Then, it's a week trial and you're charged $15 a month after. Immediately tried cancelling. There are 4 confirm to cancels in a row. And then it says you have to call them to cancel. Scam af.

Update: Use Kayak instead. The advertised prices are always false on Super. The app tacks on 15% on top. It also falsely claims you will get a credit for using the Super Card and then does not give you back the 10% advertised. Lastly, there is no way to edit payment methods that removes old cards. It also changes prices higher when you repeat a search. Usually beats prices of other hotel apps
