SwiftParking is the new, smarter way to pay at car parks around the West Midlands. Easily pay for your parking spot right from your mobile device. No more fiddling for change or queuing at the self service kiosk. Use the SwiftParking app to select the duration and you’re ready to park! This app is a pilot to test the Swift Parking solution.
Functionality and options are currently restricted to Bromsgrove railway station car park only. The plan to roll out Swift Parking to car parks across the West Midlands in the future is subject to the success of the trial.

Had to download because the ticket machine wasn't working. Didn't know I had to top up rather than just pay the exact amount for the parking. Took an extra £1.01 out without my permission. Where can I get the rest of my money back? This is an absolute ridiculous parking app, how is asking for my hone address relevant to where I park? This should not be enrolled around the rest of the West Midlands

I don't rate rate it. It's doesn't load up on data, I have put £3 in my wallet on the app and no idea how to get it back! Feels like a scam. Just use the machines when you park.

Hopeless, just downloaded. Tried to register via Google, nope sat error try again or contact support. Tried to register with my name etc... "Your password must contain a capital and symbol" guess what it does... Now it says to many requests. Give up..

No receipts. No faq. No contact us option. The contact details are for buses. Nothing about private parking. It took ages to set up the app Vs other apps. Its not clear how you view or search for car parks. So frustrating why they can't all use the same apps that actually works. I have to have so many of these apps but this is the worst I've used. It did at least finally allow me to park. But the rest of it useless for business customers.

Not sure why WM combined couldn't use a bigger parking provider like Ringo or Paybyphone instead of clunking together their own poor solution. Set up takes far too long if you're waiting in a car park. You're unable to pay the exact amount, needing to top up a fixed amount, leaving me with credit I'm not going to use. I recently reset my phone, and for some reason I'm unable to use the my Google account to sigh in on my phone. Installed the app on my ipad and it logs in with no issues. Poor.

It's like the person who designed this has never used a parking app! Clunky 'top up' system rather than just taking payment from card. Is it simply a way to max revenue as 'top up' has to be set value, but actual parking cost is different? Can only pay to park one car at once, which is awkward. Finding car parks is also a little hit and miss. I had to restart app to make it work. Overall not very impressive.

I started using this app recently and found it a bit difficult to use as you first need to top-up your account and then manually activate parking. I wasn't aware of this and received a parking ticket because I did not activate the parking. May make things easier if you had an option whether you want to top-up or quick pay and park.

Why when trying to make an app better than paying with cash does it not include Google pay, and charge a registration fee, and then ask for a load of personal information that isn't needed? All you need for a parking app to work is a number plate and location.
