IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- LinktGO is not designed to work with other toll payment accounts, such as tag accounts and rental vehicles with existing accounts. For the best experience, make sure you don’t have another account.
- The cost of each LinktGO trip is made up of the toll charge plus a 95-cent service fee. For lower and fee-free options, visit Linkt.com.au.
- LinktGO is not eligible for M5 cashback, NSW Government Toll Relief, Large Towed Recreational Vehicle Toll Rebate or the Go Between Bridge Toll Credit.
- LinktGO has a dedicated customer service team that is accessed only via the app, website or email. There is no phone support.

If you received a toll invoice for EastLink or Sydney Harbour Bridge & Tunnel, please follow payment instructions on your letter.

It keep giving me error message "something went wrong please try again" on most of the important options likely removing the vehicle, set end date and even contract technical support. Very bad apps, and I am not sure if it's still changing me for the rental vehicle since I can't remove or amend the end date. To make thing worse I can't even reach out to the technical support as the only option is to go thru the apps, that show me the same error message

Worst app and support. I rented a car in Melbourne and added the car to LinktGo to pay toll. Used it for two days and returned to my country. The app is not allowing me to remove the car and I keep getting errors. Now I am paying for someone else using the car and I am not even in the country. Tried reaching out to support and apparently LinktGo do not have a direct line for support. I have no option but to reach out to the credit card company and ask them to block them.

This is a great app saves you from forgetting toll fee payments....also its convenient when traveling interstate such as NSW VIC and QLD. Just turn on tracking it will sort the rest

Use with caution! Have been using it for a year now with no issues however recently the app went faulty and I keep getting charged with the tolls for a returned hired car despite it being deregistered weeks ago. Tried to contact the team via app and email, finally got a reply 6 days later and my charge refunded about a week after it happened

Awful app. Difficult to use. I'm travelling from Melbourne to Brisbane. No Eastlink toll. Confusing instructions for what settings need to be switched on. No settings page. They make it difficult so they can charge more when you don't pay. 0 out of 10

We've been getting caught out with tolls for years. This app simplifies everything and if you forget to turn on your location as I did, you just get the tolls to you app at a later date and pay the on the spot, no more late payment fees for me. A rare 5 stars.

Good app, live tracking for tolls is nice. Inability to edit a vehicle due to a rego change is annoying and instead requires you to delete the vehicle and add it again. Tolls are too expensive but at least there are no highway robbery administrative processing fees like you get with a paper toll bill.

Good most of the time. Failing me recently though. Over this current Easter Long Weekend 2019 the app is missing lots of trips. I have the app running but they're not being detected. It's been over 24 hours and still no trips are showing in my trip history. It's a bit upsetting because the app is usually quite good. In fact it's been letting me down over the last 8 weeks or so. Prior to that it's flawless. Fingers crossed we don't receive any Toll Payment Notices in the mail.
