After 10: Good. Still issues w/ virtual key. After 2 rentals: Good cars. Booking is easy. Prices are premium but ok. 2 big letdowns in both cases: 1/ The key can't start the car. It is infuriating. The car says that the key is missing when it's not. You need to start the car right when it opens, if you're lucky, it works. I wish we just had a normal key. 2/ impossible to get your car unless you get in with a resident for Gare du Nord. Interphone doesn't work! Also hard to get in/out

Based on my first experience renting a Fiat 500X, frankly, look no further if you're looking to rent a (premium) car. Excellent app, great indications sent by text to find the car, easy to connect to the car via Bluetooth, much appreciated cable to connect to the car for sat nav and music. Getting a refund for overfilling the tank is just a very nice touch compared to every other mainstream car rental company. One thing to keep in mind, submit your docs 24h min ahead of when you intend to rent

The camera app needs to be improved as I have a driving licence with holograms (UAE) and wasn't able to get a good shot with different lighting tried. Had to send it via twitter private message (works well). Wasn't able to receive the OTP to validate my account. I also had to use twitter and get a call from the customer support for them to give me the OTP...

It was a very good app, my go to for car rentals. But now they pretty much charge for every minor thing compared to a year ago. They increased the deposits, the fees and the additional option prices... Not interesting anymore..

VERY BAD SERVICE I WAS LEFT AT THE BARCELONA AIRPORT FOR HOURS AND THE APP KEPT ON SAYING THE CAR IS DELAYED AND THERE WAS NO WAY OF COMMUNICATION WITH ANYONE. BUT THEY CHARGED MY CARD FOR 600 USD EVEN THOUGH I NEVER RECEIVED THE CAR. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YARE BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS. Avoid at any cost.

They've cancelled my booking when I checked out from hotel eventhought they delievred the car and it was in front of me. The reason was (my Credit Card doesn't match my Documents!), So? My Card didn't work and i had to use my friend's Card and I did explain that via mail! Thank you for making my Holiday sucks!
