This is gold while travelling in Europe. Some places sometimes don't respect the prices, so it is better to ask before, but that is the exception. Normally, everything is good and the prices are just great.

Availability for campsite is not live. Made for frustrating journeys to fully booked sites. Tried ringing ahead but if phones not manned meant relying on the inaccurate information on the app.

We have just come back from a two week holiday in France. We used the app to find two sites, and the "Great Little Sites" app to find two others. I found both really easy to use, and we were very pleased with the sites we went to. And with the substantial discounts. We found the information about open dates pretty accurate. Oddly, for some sites there are no reviews or very few reviews, but the same campsite will have several reviews on Google Maps.

This app excels both in design and functionality. I have travelled all through France and Spain, making it up as I went along, and this app has never let me down. Having a bit of a problem at the moment... app identifies my new tablet as a phone, as it can make phone calls, so no landscape mode.This is being addressed. 4 stars for now. I'll be back to upgrade to 5 when this is resolved (which I have no doubt it will be). Support is excellent... prompt and second to none... kudos!

Will not work in France for me, ok for the 1st couple of days but would not get past step 3 of 15 wherever I was and whether on data or WiFi. A waste of money, good job I had also bought the books. Very disappointed.

I have just received my 2023 books, card and access to the app. I have wasted two hours trying to book two sites that, according to the map legend, are bookable through the app. Having clicked the 'Book now' button it takes me to the list of dates and types accomodation. No prices are shown and it is not possible to select a pitch type and book. The whole reason for paying for the app was for the booking functionality. How do I get my money back?
