TO Move ti consente di comprare e utilizzare i tuoi biglietti di viaggio tramite la tecnologia NFC, oggi disponibile sugli smartphone Android. GTT utilizza il sistema NFC perché garantisce assoluta sicurezza della trasmissione dei dati.
L'antenna NFC è un tecnologia indispensabile per consentire a TO MOVE di leggere le smart card e bippare i biglietti comprati con l'APP. Se vuoi utilizzare TO Move, controlla che il tuo dispositivo supporti la tecnologia NFC e ricordati di tenerla attiva quando vuoi utilizzare TO Move.
Puoi acquistare biglietti City (valgono 100 minuti sulla rete urbana + suburbana GTT ed una sola corsa in metro); puoi compare i Daily (valgono fino al termine del servizio del giorno della prima bippatura, sui bus GTT della rete urbana + suburbana e sulla metro). Su TO Move compri anche i Multidaily (composti da 7 biglietti Daily, attivabili 1 alla volta) e i biglietti Extraurbani per le autolinee GTT (singoli e multicorsa da 6) a tariffa variabile secondo le fasce.
Prima di salire a bordo di un mezzo pubblico, ricordati di comprare il tuo biglietto di viaggio. E’ molto semplice: vai alla sezione “Acquista nuovo biglietto”. Seleziona “Usa”, sali a bordo e Bippa!

- Added the option to validate tickets directly from the mobile app using the AUTOVALIDATE button, selecting the line you are traveling on. The autovalidation is effective and the passenger is compliant with the journey 20 seconds after starting the AUTOVALIDATE operation.
- Updated the mobility information section. By entering the stop number or name in the dedicated section, upcoming stop times and corresponding routes will be displayed.

Terrible app, clunky and old fashioned, constant crashes, completely unreliable. By far the worst of any cities I have visited. Daily ticket purchased in app did not appear even though card was charged. I cleared the cache, restarted the phone, etc. to no avail. I had to pay for each trip separately on the bus, which was significantly more expensive. It's a shame that in 2025 they can't come up with a decent app.

The app crashes 19 times out of 20. If you get it to load, you'll be greeted with "Oops! Something went wrong" -message just as often. By wonder and after so many attempts I managed to purchase a 24-hour ticket just to discover that it didn't exist in the app anymore on the next morning, hours before it was supposed to expire. Save your time, money and nerves by getting physical tickets.

Problem with using payment cards from Google pay. Must set up and add a credit card to GTT TO. Don't really want to do that. Can't remove a credit card from GTT TO once you've added it, can't replace it with a different one. Daily tickets aren't honored for the full day. Once you use it in the first trip it's gone. This could be such a useful and important app. All of my problems have been reported by other people many times yet the app isn't being improved. Shameful.

It doesn't work. The app Keeps loading when tapping on the buy new ticket button and then I get the error something went wrong

Especially avoid if you are a tourist! The app constantly crashes. I bought 2 day tickets to use at the same time. After I validate one, I have to wait 5 minutes of constant crashes until I can validate the second one. The incentive to use the app because it's cheaper is erased by the use experience.

HOW TO MAKE IT WORK as a tourist: connect to an Italian wifi network (e.g. in a hotel) and buy tickets in the app. Then, to use them, turn OFF your mobile data and start the app (otherwise it crashes). Then put your phone to the reader in a bus and it should work. TO THE DEVELOPERS: please fix the app. Why does it only work on local wifi networks and why does it keep crashing when my data is turned on??

The worst public transportation app I ever used. Better use paper ticket than this for all the tourist I can say. The app freezes almost all the time when you open. I never was able to validate a ticket without an issue. This app freezes as soon as you open and you wait a lot the app to stabilize. Not to mention the app forces you to activate the NFC even you do not validate a ticket.
