I've been using a previous version this app for a while and I've found it to be quite convenient. I usually book through the call center and the app shows the booking and the position of the cab as it approaches. This morning, the app on my mobile got updated to the "2.2.3 beta 03 JUL 2018" version. Firstly, the credentials didn't work and I couldn't log back in. The "forgot password" option also didn't work. So, I ended up registering again (same phone number as before). After re-registering, I can only see my past trips in Jan/Feb 2018 and nothing after that period. I also found that the app no longer displays bookings made through the call center and consequently, the position of the dispatched cab. Although, the "what's new" blurb on Google Play says I should be able to "view/track/cancel bookings made via the call center", this function no longer works. For me, this was one of the most useful functions of the app as I could figure out the cab's location without having to call the driver or the call center. Please fix this problem fast. The payment via credit/debit card option is quite timely and welcome, however, I am yet to try it.

App was unresponsive. I wanted to do a quick booking early morning so I tried this app for the first time. Being a Pickme user I thought to give Kangaroo a try. The app looked promising at first until in the confirmation screen where it says to confirm the booking, the button was unresponsive. No matter how many times I press, it doesn't work and I couldn't make the booking. Un-installed it straight away.

Reputed company, unfortunately the app doesn't live up to the mark. I installed the app on my Pixel 7 Pro only for it to always display "This app is not responding" when searching for locations or browsing through the map. I believe the code is not optimised, and that it takes too long serving requests. This makes the app unusable, so I uninstalled it shortly after. Open to giving it another try during my next visit to Sri Lanka.

I booked a van for an airport drop off and got confirmation from the hotline in the morning of. Customer support called 2 hours before the booking time to inform me that there were no vehicles available. Really disappointed on the last minute cancellation after confirming earlier.

I was overcharged by more than 400 LKR for a Colombo city trip and never received the remaining balance. They do not have a proper system to resolve cash payment overcharge issues and are simply passing the responsibility onto the drivers. Additionally, the map is not updated correctly. For instance, the route from Wallawaththa to Borella shows more than 10 km, but it is actually under 8 km. I cannot recommend this service. As a result, I have canceled all my scheduled bookings

Ux designer must be genius. can't add Touch payment method, you can type seamless number for touch card. So the keypad is not disappearing to reach out to to the send button which placed deep underneath. Feel sorry for people who use phones which has no back space touch in their phone.

The app is fine but your drivers are horrible. Everytime I make a booking I have to answer a ton of questions from the driver as to where the drop off point is, what route I want to go, where my pick up point is and worst of all if it's a cash hire or credit... all these questions even before he comes to my location and then he wants me to cancel becoz he doesn't want to go.. kangaroo had a good reputation a long time back but no more will I use your app.

I cannot login using my existing credentials and cannot recover the password from forgot my password option. So finally tried to register as a new user but that also doesn't work, as it appears "ensure all details are filled" though everything is filled perfectly. Look into this ASAP otherwise you gonna lose another customer.
