The worst app and scooters I have ever seen. Thirstly I couldn't end the trip, cause the buttom END doesn't work at all. Secondly when I called to the support service, my calls were dumped, and I spent a lot of time.

They payment portal crashes all the time, whenever you try using your international debit cards it crashes all the time and says "error" . With other mobile banking options it says " application error" . I tried multiple cards but it always show the same pop up message .

Awful app. You need to have at least 5$ to start rolling. I couldn't use the scouter within 1 trial minute and the app took my money. Scouter was broken, I couldn't roll and what's finally - they charged my money. Wth??!! I asked them for return, didn't do that.

The choice for using mobile number for account is a useless decision, now if you have lost your sim and want to add the account to a new device you cannot because there is no sim to get the code at. You could atleast link the account with some email id and allow changing of linked mobile numbers.

The support does not work. I couldn't add an ELCARD by local Kyrgyzstan bank. Don't waste your time with e-motion service.

Fake 5 star reviews for sure. Document Review process takes a long time and it's not even clear on what is needed. Scooters are terrible and only have front breaks.
