No in-app registration. Reverts to website frequently. Links to dead pages (404) or pages in Swedish. Provides contradictory and/or incomplete information. Looks like this app never finished development.. seems more like work-in-progress without the work or the progress. Calling customer service 800# results in hours long wait and they know nothing about the app or website. Do not rely on this app. Print your own boarding pass at home or from the airline check-in desk.

Used to be a great app, easy to use and browse. Now for the last few weeks every price is the same and navigation of the site is a huge pain. Why can I find flights for SAS on Google for thousands less than on the app and it tells me to call and book, not use the site. I've updated and am and confused. From 5* costumer service to 1*. Same with the app. This issue has been going on a while. Sad, great airline with great people.

"YOU HAD ONE JOB" On a recent flight to Split Croatia (excellent vacation, outstanding amazing and so much fun!) from Sweden after the Covid 19 situation many airlines such as SAS are starving for business and revenue so i though tthat with the new re-opening they would be more attentive BUT...that didn't happen. When in Croatia I lost my ID Card (serious, but another story) and my phone lost signal after a lighting storm there (this lasted almost 48 hours, I was on roaming so that was likely part of it) and when it came time for our vacation to end, the app could not find my booking. That's right. I am fairly paranoid about identity theft, and what a little information in the wrong hands can accomplish. Combined with my lost ID card, and phone outage the lack of any reference to me or my tickets when checking in was quite a scare!! Going for broke, we got on the shuttle and went to the airport. I have done quite a lot of travelling the last few years and I have to say this was new for me. The ticket kiosk was vacant and working (a true wonder, from what I have seen in the past) and when my passport scan turned up nothing panic started setting in. My wife scanned hers. Same thing. Did I mention her app did not work either? That's right. We used the app to leave Stockholm Arlanda, boarding passes, reference number, all still in the app, but no check in and no records found when we were preparing to go home. I tried signing in (I had created an account just in case) but no dice. I couldn't even retrieve my password (I did not forget my password, but it did not work either) and after this entire mess I entered the booking number in the self service kiosk and got boarding passes. On paper. Can't go wrong there. Thanks for nothing.

The app is pretty much useless. Most options take me to a separate external browser link where I have to sign in again. I was unable to rebook, purchase additional bagged, or check my flight status with the app. It is a glorified link to the sas website with no added functionality. It is dumb to have ad options to upgrade your flight and then not be able to upgrade them in app

You literally can't find etickets anywhere, won't let you check in, literally any other airlines allows this very easily. I'm always back to the same page where you're very limited in what you can do or see, it's horrific

The SAS app has improved. It needs to get rid of the "COVID-19 entry requirements for your trip" which is irrelevant now and gives an error message simply because it's irrelevant.

not possible to make online checking - by calling to service desk seems that I've been checked, while no boarding passes... so need to check in in airport, mean came earlier...

Took a while to set up as I was being stupid but finally managed to get my seat ready for next month. (Will edit if can when I check in properly before my trip) For new years
