The SBS Transit app, previously known as iris, provides travel information to enhance commuters' travel experience on SBS Transit's public buses and trains.The SBS Transit app not only offers bus arrival timings on a real time basis, it also provides a host of helpful information such as details of the bus routes, bus services that are delayed or diverted and scheduled changes in bus operating hours.
Users can also obtain the first and last train operating hours, planned changes in train service hours as well as alerts if train services are delayed or disrupted.

A busy looking one trick pony app. It pretends to be able to do many things but is only good for telling you yhe bus arrival times and only for services you are already familiar with or those you randomly pick because the search function is totally lame. You can do all these and much more, more elegantly on Google maps without wasting space on your phone with this junk.

The map and bottom panel showing seats take up too much space. These should be able to toggle off. Is there a need to see the entire route map? The bottom panel for seats and delays are unnecessary yet take up so much space. A simple listing of next 2 arrivals is more than enough. Does SBS read the comments? Complaints are about arrival accuracy. Stop focusing on making the app worse than it already is. Adding the map and bottom panels make a lot of scrolling needed for the bus listing.

The app done work sometime or stick at loading screen. I wait for bus 169 for 30min it come 4 bus back to back. 2 bus reach within 2 minutes. I wave for the 2nd bus it just dirve pass, and I end up waiting over 15 minutes. App feedback is useless. I didn't see the bus number, so I can't send feedback. Then again, this is one way for them to get more bones. Well done... 2 busses within 5 minutes and now the next bus come in 13 minutes. This app just useless i need to close and open to refresh th

Do not download. 1) App will NOT work unless you switched on GPS BEFORE you launch the app. Even if you switch on GPS, as long as the app is running it will not detect. 2) Very Slow. 3) User NOT friendly. Not the worst app (but close to it). But there are less stressful and far more reliable alternatives.

I prefer the version last time. It will show every nearby bus stop, I can click in and plan my journey. But after update, I can only see the only one of nearby bus stop. It become difficult for me to plan my following journey Hope it can back to the previous version.

The app always shows the opposite side busstop as current while looking for bus timing. This is happening for a very long time and I tried in 3 different mobiles all shows wrong bus stop as current. The 3rd party apps are far more accurate.

Give wrong timing everyday. Totally inaccurate. Says coming in 2 mins but actually reach in 15mins. Says reaching in 17mins but I can see the bus literally arriving from the next traffic light. Like if you gonna give me wrong info, might as well don't give at all. I suggest anyone reading this to not rely on this app esp if you want to be punctual.

I get a "Failed connecting to server" message when loading bus timings. It was working fine last week, now it's not. In addition, the message telling me to enable GPS whenever I launch the app is annoying. I wish there's a "Do not remind me again" checkbox for this.
