While the concept is good, and it works most of the time, there are a few occasional issues. For example: The payment did not go through at all, after going through 2FA(having to open a bank app to approve). Buying the tickets from the site later, even though logged in, the tickets do not synchronize to your account in the app. That being said, when it works, it's a smooth and comfortable experience and the design is easy to navigate and understand, as well as nice to look at.

There's no way to manage the stored credit card. Neither an option not to store the card at all. Update: I was eager to see the new card management and unfortunatelly I have forgotten my account password. So I had to use the pwd retrieval functionality. And to my surprise I was sent a new pwd in plain text via email. Sending a password reset link would be a more secure way. Currently anyone can reset someone else's pwd just by knowing their email. That's not not how it should be.

Very bad app, very bad support, bad concept. This is an app with fake debit card support. It is business (win) oriented. Customer comes afterwards. If you di not have a credit card and nor an internet flatr-ate you will be very unhappy. The ticket you will have tu buy will cost you 8 instead of 5.9. If you travel a lot, then it is a pain in the a**. For me this is useless. Update on 24.feb.2020: Still the same bad functionality!!! In adition it does not display the currenty bought tickets!!!

When I purchased my tickets, the app took money from my account but didn't generate the tickets. Also, when you want to type your codes in the security gate, there is a bug and you can't open the keyboard...only copy paste. Oh my, if I would just read these ratings before! Would never even install...

Complete piece of .... I wanted to buy a ticket at the airport after 8 hours of travel. The app did not even get to the point of letting me choose the destination, it just did not work. Balkan quality.

Unreliable! I selected a ticket and the App purchased the next bus, 1 hour later. No warnings. I had to spend 1 additional hour at the airport. Very bad, I'd say fraudelent and misleading.

I do like the app, however the option Add to wallet does not work for me, as it claims there are no apps to perform that action. Maybe it is only supposed to work for Apple Wallet, but what about Android users? It should work with Google Wallet too!

My card was rejected (requires two step authentication) and the app couldn't handle it. Aside from that, decent app.
