This is a well sorted app. The basics function really good. It seamlessly connects with the motorcycle and navigation option also works great with both on dashboard turn-by-turn display and in-ear voice instructions. One thing that can be improved is the Last Parked Location feature. Currently, the last parked location is shown as the point where the app got connected to the bike. Ideally, it should be the location where the bike last got disconnected from the bike.

Very glitchy app. The navigation function gets stuck every 2 minutes and you have to refresh it. No need to pay extra for ride connect edition. Call notification also does not work sometimes. If you are purchasing ride connect models for navigation function, don't. It is not usable due to this app. Moreover, odometer and trip reading sync also does not work smoothly. Useless app which has reduced usability of otherwise very good functions.

Navigation very bad as it uses mapmyindia instead of Google maps. There are reviews of 2022 stating this problem and Suzuki has replied that they will look into it but clearly they are not bothered even in 2025. Last parked location does not work. Even after ending the trip the last parked location mentions the starting point instead of the ending point. No important features like Distance to empty, Average speed. Bluetooth keeps getting disconnected and you have to re-enter journey data again.

Paid extra for this feature on the scooter, but found that is it nearly useless. With slightest variation in mobile internet connectivity, the navigation is lost. If it could run on Google maps, stored map on the mobile could be used for local trips. I have not used this app in months and feel that it is better to buy a mobile holder for the scooter and use Google maps on the mobile, rather than pay extra for a feature that is unrealible. Today I tried using this app and found no improvement.

Edited review: The app is now functioning well. Bluetooth connectivity is stable and no longer disconnects frequently. The Burgman model and color are now displayed on the home screen thanks for the improvements! However, map navigation still needs enhancement. Suggestion: It would be helpful if the app could send notifications or display service-related information when the vehicle reaches the required kilometers for servicing.

Gixxer 150 Naked Bs6 1. Turn-by-turn navigation doesn’t work – it mostly shows "connecting" and is unreliable. 2. The switches on the meter console are unresponsive. 3. The bike enters pairing mode automatically on startup, and even after turning it off, it comes back on. 4. Gear shifting is rough and unpredictable – it doesn’t engage smoothly, making rides uncomfortable. To add to the frustration, I took my bike to an authorized Suzuki service center, but even they couldn’t fix these problems.

It's not working anymore. I have granted all the access. It gets connected but the navigation is not working. It says no network. But there is no issue with network. My phone has full network coverage on both the sim card. This issue has arised after the last update. Your app is getting worse after every update. What kind of app updating system do you have ? why do you have play with your customers patience?
