It seemed like the app worked, but times were wrong. For example, it said the park was open till 8 pm, but they locked it at 5 pm. A few different families I talked to had the same issue with other places closing before they should have or things, just not on like it said on the app.

Some improvement required from the app 1. Filter to select free, paid, booking required options 2. Button to chose all the events liked one , to have personalized calender 3. Option to share the schedule with friends and families 4. If no slot is available either grey them out and leave for them to be available if someone cancels the booking

It's an awful app with outdated information. It doesn't tell you when the Fair opens and closes, but does tell you it's open late on a Thursday in the Easter Holidays ....it's July?? Also the pool says its open until 'close'. It's a real shame effort is only put into the paid for activities. Billy Butlin would be so upset that this information isn't updated.

App isn't working, just keep getting a pop up saying to close the app... booked in a few weeks time and waiting for booking to open for the shows etc, worried I'm not going to be able to book anything and have no idea who to contact to get this sorted. Bringing people with me who have never been before and want to show them a good time.

I was pleased that the app was easy to sign in and pay for our booking with no issues. This has only lasted 2 months, and now I can not get past the sign in. I have uninstalled the app twice and re installed, and still, no luck. I go off the app and go through Google, put in my details, and their not recognised. I'm getting fed up now!! I'm not currently sure if their is a technical issue that needs sorting A.S.A.P or if anyone else is having the same issue.if I call to pay, I get charged £3

Good but could be better. You can book shows and save your itinerary but shows that were in the pavilion were not shown in the activities section. You have to click on the main page to explore then filter by time and queue to see events in the pavilion. We missed a couple of things we normally watch as we thought they just weren't on. Also think it would be good if you could save your intinery and the map offline to save battery.

Could be better. There was no option to cancel a booked activity. When viewing booked activities in your wallet it doesn't display the venue name, just directions to an unnamed destination. It doesn't show accommodation numbers, just general areas, so you can't see whereabouts your own apartment is, which would be handy.

Been emailed to say can book activities but can only do it for a few days of our holiday keeps saying not open for booking or that it's full. And constantly loading so having to close the app and go back on just for it to change screen.. if this is the way you have to book, then it needs updating as families are missing out on booking the things they want to see. Terrible app
