I use it enough that I got the monthly membership. Solid system, but there are some flaws: - Some areas with stations will have no bikes within walking distance. - Bikes that appear on the app may not actually be there (if you're headed toward a bike, it's best to see at least 2 on the app) -Bikes will sometimes not have the pedal asisst despite being charged (this issue isn't as common as it once was.

the map doesn't show where the hubs are. you want us to put the bikes in a hub but don't let us see where they are

It's come a long way but still much more to be done. The app constantly crashes when attempting an unlock. Forcing me to request a refund upon return. The location button never centers your screen and it's difficult to discern between the location marker and the color of the available bikes lol. You'll might want to index that so its specificity is always highest.

Disclaimer* only used this app once. It was easy to set up, although they asked for a LOT of info. Finding bikes, unlocking bikes, and relocking bikes all worked. As far as cost, pretty cheap and enjoyable way to go through the city, it you're on the right roads. I don't like the $10 hold and then it refunds you the difference. That's a weird system. Going to make sure to check my bank statement later.

First off, THANK YOU to the organization that brought blue bikes back to NOLA. Obviously it is an act of love. That being said, there are still some rough edges to the process, so here are some suggestions. 1) app - include a tutorial with a diagram for how to unlock the bike within the app. Metal ring sometimes likes to stick and is a bit tricky! 2) hardware - when completing the ride it seemed to not detect that it was parked at a rack. 3) great hardware, but 1 sec lag before decel. 🙏Thanks!

When the app actually works, it's great but now any QR code I scan is "not recognized" by the app and even if I put in the bike number manually, it won't let me continue the transaction and unlock the bike. Super frustrating when I pay a membership, walk 6 blocks in the New Orleans heat to a bike location and then the bike is unusable due to the faulty and honestly broken app. Please fix these issues!

bikes work alright if you can find one, but the app sucks.

I leave one star because the app would not download on my Google Pixel. I tried every trick they suggested. The phone is completely up to date. It's able to download and run many other apps. I leave this review as a warning that this app is just not compatible with a Google Pixel 3. So all my friends got bikes and I had to walk....
