Very bad customer care with false extra refund penalties not as advertised or mentioned in Terms and Conditions.. be aware when canceling your pre-booked ticket as they take more money for sure with no response or investigation from finance and refund team always ignore your complaint emails .. very bad experience 😕

Later edit: Still the worst service ever... The app keeps asking for internet connection while I'm definitely connected! ‐--------- Is this a bad joke? It doesn't even start! The whole thing feels like a big fat scam. Lesson learnt!

Terrible app. Can't even get past the first step of selecting country and language. It says to connect to the Internet although I already am.

Very funny application. I could search for the flight and start Booking but when it comes to enter my name and email and other data the keypad do not show and I could not write anything. 😑 What a miss !!!!
