Trip itinerary and trip details do not load. I am a software engineer and this app is so bad that I can only suspect that it's on purpose. There's no way that basic features after multiple weeks still don't work. Pure incompetence. Even if my upcoming trip is great, I probably won't book again considering how frustrating the app experience is.

I cannot log into the app since I installed it. I keep resetting the password and when I go back after I reset it tells me the password is wrong. There is an option to get a link emailed if I'm having trouble but I never receive the link! The only way to check stuff about my trip is on a desktop. It's 2021 fix it and get it together!

Very disappointed in this app. On my previous trips, the app was great - worked well and very useful. Now this version takes forever to load my forthcoming trip and does not have some of the information. I hope G Adventures gets this fixed soon

Is it even an app? It appears to be a link back to the website. Unless I'm doing something wrong, there's no clear route back to your wishlist. I want to plan my next trip, but finding the tours after you've saved them to your wishlist is convoluted to say the least.

Sorry, I love G Adventures, but your phone app sucks. It doesn't open fully even at the best of times on my android phone. I can't look things up when traveling without a laptop.

When I first installed the app and logged in, it had my trip listed and then after a day it disappears and never loads again. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the same thing happens...

The app is extremely basic to begin with and even that does not work properly. The trips page never loads. Fix your app

Fix your app please!! These tours are very expensive so the least can be done is provide us with a functional app. Everybody's experience here can't be wrong
