This app for using tickets you've bought is pretty lousy. It's frustrating because the bus drivers don't want to wait while you try to activate your ticket, but sometimes the app is still loading due to their poor choice of network infrastructure. You could activate the ticket before you get on the bus, but then if the bus is running late, you only have 10 minutes to use the ticket. It's not very convenient, to say the least.

Just plain awful. No Google Pay integration, only accepts credit card as payment, and when you finally do break down and put your payment info into this backwoods app with zero security and try to buy a pass or ride ticket it immediately fails the transaction. Yet another disappointment from Belleville Transit and city services in general. Don't even waste your time.

Not much use when you can't even buy tickets and the drivers tell you they've been trying to fix it for a month. A month!!! Oh but you can pay full price for a paper pass which only gets you half the month

Very poor user experience. Unable to add money to wallet easily or with anything other than a traditional credit card. Trip planning is unreliable and confusing. Really disappointed with this app, especially since there's no alternative.

Does not update schedules for ongoing route schedule cuts. Trip Planner does not account for the above and tells you to take a bus that just isn't arriving for another half hour still given scheduled sevice cuts. Also disappointing that Belleville Transit has decided to cut service to both buses in the same route zone instead of staggering cuts with an entirely different route - made worse by there already being construction delays in the cut service routes that are the only routes to Hospital.

Works fine for what it's supposed to do: buy fares and show them to the bus driver. However they should come out with a newer version with Google Pay support so people can pay with debit cards. For people complaining about bus routes and scheduling, that's a different app.

You know in order for credit card payments to work you need to ask people for their ccv or cvv or whichever it's called...your missing a whole needed section in order to be able to take payments....great service idea but poor delivery it needs to be tested Month later ...no CVV field has been added still and still unable to use this app to complete a purchase...can we get this removed since Belleville is as useless as ever?

Minus 5 .. it seems this app is just another way to show just how poor Belleville Transit really is. No child passes, while other transit systems allow free travel up to the age 14. Will not accept debit card, if I can pay for a pizza online using it why can't I purchase bus fare?? Sad sad sad
