Booked an inter city cab the previous night and an hour or 2 before travel, when i was all packed, they canceled the cab saying no car is available. This was the middle of my trip when i was supposed to checkout from a hotel. I ended up paying 80% higher fare for the last minute booking that I had to make because of their cancellation. I would not recommend gozocabs to anyone 👎

Worst and fraud cab service, do not book cab from this service, it's completely fraud, I have booked cab 4 days ago they cancelled 2 hours before my travel and not received my refund amount as well. Its fraud app, do not book and loss amount and time. 100% fraud and they will give you last minute heartattack.

We used Gozo for several trips in India and the cabs all turned up and got us to some quite rural places. One of the cabs there were issues with the driver, but nothing serious. The app needs work as every time you look for a quote it creates a booking - so if you change the time by half an hour a new "booking" is created and this triggers texts and emails asking to pay. This happens even if you book a trip with the same details. It did help make our holiday travel in India far easier.

Very pathetic customer service, booking not confirmed even after advance payment. The call center service does not connect to person to person communication to explain the situation. No email id either..

good to have service but the booking confirmation is needed before 6 hours at list, presently it's before 1 hour it may lead to some unsurtynity like vehicle brake down or road work cut off or accident on road it may lead to the chance of delayed travel or loss of money and time

Title: Feeling Betrayed by Hidden Cancellation Fees I’m extremely disappointed with this app. I booked a cab with a 25% advance deposit, but when I had to cancel due to the company not providing a suitable driver, I found the cancellation fee was 100% of the deposit. This was not disclosed at booking. App is user-friendly, but ,hidden fee feels deceptive and leaves me feeling cheated. The company should clearly state all fees upfront and revise the cancellation policy to be fair and transparent

I had an awful experience with Go Zab Cabs in Kodaikanal. The cab was in poor condition and felt unsafe. Despite multiple attempts, customer support ignored our emails, even after promising to resolve the issues. We were forced to pay in full with no refund offered. This service ruined our trip—avoid at all costs.

Super annoying and useless cab service... Booked my cab and discussed with driver if he is coming for pickup he said he is not aware of booking and has to go somewhere else. I had to cancel the booking as can't wait any longer and had to move on for urgent work. For booking, minimum 25% advance payment was required I made the payment but upon request for refund they are saying can't refund the amount and blaming me for cancellation. They have strategically kept limited options in cancellation.
