Riding a bike has never been so simple
Open the app and activate the geoloc service to find the nearest station with available bikes.
When close to the station, press « release a Vélo’v » and pick yours!
The app allows you to receive a notification at the end of each trip, confirming that your bike has been properly returned (provided you have enabled notifications). You can also share your experience with the Vélo’v users community!

For english language tourist, very bad experience. Took my money 3 times through the app for a "occasional" subscription but wouldn't let me take a bike (it said I didn't have enough loyalty points though I could see the unused subscriptions in the subscription page), almost missed my train (had to take taxi). The English language translation of the app is pretty confusing would not recommend, maybe it's better in french.

The app doesn't resize screens correctly if you have enlarged text, so critical options are not visible. I had to call the help line and waste 30 mins before the support person realised I was not seeing what she expected on the screen... Very frustrating.

It was one of the worsest experience of my life as a consumer. I was frivolously charged 75 euro fine despite parking the bike correctly and immediately calling the customer care as the same was not updated on app. Several mails and countless calls(not much English support), company simply refused to give back any money it deducted from my credit card. It overlooked all circumstantial evidence (immediate calls after parking), and claimed I had parked it wrongly which I had cross-checked twice.

Worst application ever. You cannot choose a subscription without having the screen freezed. At some point, you hope that you managed to complete the steps until the moment it says that something went wrong

Not able to purchase an annual subscription, because the payment details get declined. I tried contacting you via mail, no response. I tried contacting you via chat, after spending an hour in queue, I get in contact with someone that does not respond and ends the chat session.

Couldn't add a card on the app, when you switch to a different window during the transaction (as required to confirm the transaction with your bank) it takes you back to the beginning. I had no problem with the website.

Absolute trash. Waste of time and money. They charged me €35 even though it was a technical error at their end. Terrible customer service - no response to multiple emails or calls. It's better to pay for an e scooter or another company. Felt cheated!

SCAM APP! They advertise it for tourists, but it turns out it is almost impossible to get a bike because either local users book it in advance or you can't release it due to app errors. French quality at its best.
