So far i hate the fact when you turn off the audio GPS instructions, it will still lower your music volume when you driving, very annoying. 2nd thing: when you arrive at destination people can cancel their ride and you get nothing, 3rd thing it shows you a handicap logo but don't give more details as it should so you can accommodate the person without losing time at pickup

Wrong miles on trip estimate pick location, poor experience with this , its doesn't show time like how long will take pick up from the locations, so sometimes 1.5 miles will take 15-20 minutes. It's new York city, TIME IS MONEY for TLC driver, what they didn't pay. So update pick up time and distance on the App.

Tells me that I need to update my version. Uninstalled then re-installed. Same message! Also distance from jobs based upon the first time you opened the app. Need to re-boot the phone to get updated distances.

They have more inspections and drug tests than the trips they offer each day. Even companies like Uber and Lyft don't ask for it.

Why did I put 1 star, there are following reasons: 1 They offer unfair prices to drivers, 2 They don't pay return tolls from Rockaway Beach, it means they ignore TLC rules 3 The app often demands update app, even though you have last updated version
