Kuwait Airways canceled my flight and only provided refund option whereas I have the right to reschedule or reroute option based on their terms of carriage. I bought first class ticket and this is how you treat your customer. Their customer service is rude, no sorry until I pointed out their fault and not helping at all. The problem is still not solved. Think thousand times before you fly with Kuwait Airways

Worst app and website. Best airline. Get some good IT staff to improve this section . That's where you get earning from. Most of the time i book other Airlines tickets because of slow app and website not working

I just wanted to share a frustrating experience I had on my last flight. I asked a flight attendant for a toothbrush, but she told me they didn't have any on board. 😔 😟

App is basically for booking and checking your flight details. If you need to cancel your booking, use a PC or Laptop, and if you need to reach them or ask something from them, if would be much better if you do it through WhatsApp as they are very responsive (less than 30 minutes response time). Overall, it's an ok app. Nothing creative or stands out from the app of other airlines.

Got a chance to get business/first class with promo price .. Said in the Term and condition, it is free cancellation and reschedule, also the CS said so, after 1 week later the flight being cancelled and they said that we can not reschedule and the money will automatically be credited to our account. First experience with quwait and it was bad.....

Never again. They show best schedule but later change into more 30 hours waiting time. Bad customer service. So komische. Schlecht service. Nie wieder
