I have an Android phone and when I first ordered Guides on the app, I had a lot of trouble getting the app to open to the guides I had purchased. I contacted Support and they were very helpful. It took a couple of days, but working together, they got it working for me. I find that if I'm not getting good reception, the app doesn't work as well as I'd like. I don't know if it's still my phone or if that is just how it is for everyone. I do know that Customer Support is terrific.
