As a service , they have great trains. However their mobile app has given me a really rocky experience as the design wasnt really coordinated with the feature team and the application stability is a 6/10 at best as sometimes the core features become unstable..

It is an excellent app for travelling in slovakia and czech, it also brings you closer to hungary, poland and ukraine, very useful and well organized, great with their prices and the appearance of the app itself, especially when you compare their prices with the prices of the tickets in austria for example, keep going Leo!

I wanted to use this app after a while, but I was surprised to see "missing translation" everywhere, where some text was supposed to be. I then uninstalled and then installed the app once again, but the problem remains. I cannot use it, since everywhere I see only "missing translation".

Very nice design, but one serious flaw - application is unable to work well if run on phone with VPN, which is really silly (and I reported this bug a few months ago). Please fix it... BTW, it would be nice if app shows also platform at which train stops.

Tech service was responsive to issues I raised about errors and crashing, and the app now works beautifully again. Great app, simple to use, and of course the best trains and service in our Republic. :)

My route got cancelled, received SMS in broken English about something related to email (EN: Dear passenger, please pay attantion sending email about your bus connect). E-mail went to spam though. So, I have two extra hours of nothing to do, so I can rate the app and the service at least.

The app works great but no refunds for cancellations on this app using Smile Club, just points accumulation. There are no problems with refunds if tickets are bought on the web without using this app and membership.

After the update i cant book tickets anymore because it throws a JavaScript error when I go to pay, it says "type undefined", so it's buggy hopefully you guys fix it soon
