After Update it's going good. 👍 I trying to checking my nebula card remaining balance from last three days but app is not working and redirecting so many times. I checked my phone if any issue but all are working good only Tsavaari app issue. Please fix the issue. So, many customers are facing same problem.

Great app from metro. App was easy to use and found no problem while recharging too. A small glitch in the App in showing the Nebula card travelling transaction history. It's not showing the last latest transaction first. So,a little bit of confusion while checking the balance amount after deduction. Though there is a provision for checking the balance in Nebula card, still when we go through the travel history, it creates a confusion to us. Would like to share the screenshot, but no provision.

Bad UI, constantly failing transactions, takes months to reverse a failed transaction. Only advantage is you can track individual rides, and see how much balance is available in metro card. Otherwise, all other important functionalities can be done on other apps which are honestly much more reliable.

Before popping to provide rating, ensure all the app functionalities are working fine. I was unable to provide feedback from Suggestions section, tried multiple times. I wouldn't have provided this rating if that pop-up didn't come up. Anyways, fix this if you want to. And I'm not gonna send any mails to your customer service mailbox, and do nasty followup without use. Cheers,

Worst at the Single Utility it supports. It always take time to load, takes to retrieve the status of the card, takes time to recharge and now I can't see any information as well, the UI is keep coming back to the same page without showing any information.

Broken app and no fix at all. Card purchase never works. Been trying for months and finally went ahead and bought card manually at Metro station. Also, no travel history of the added card except for the money added history. Should embed this option to check on how the money had been utilized and discounts. Added money would take 2 to 3 days to reflect.

Awesome app... But lot of times the options available doesn't lead to the required page, example when I click on balance/recharge option it took me lik 7 8 times to go the recharge page, everytime I click on it the app just reloads itself to the same page. Hole this gets resolved soon. Thank you for the service Team!! 😊😊😊

this app was working fine until 18th March. suddenly it's not working at all. The app just shows a blank page. I tried reinstalling The app, but it still doesn't work. if I try to navigate through options, it crashes. Devs please fix this.
