App fails registration. I accidentally put in the wrong phone number during registration, which is the first input in the process. However, the last input is confirmation code via text. I didn't realize I had the wrong phone number until this last step. Now the system says my email is not available, but account sign in is via phone number, which was a wrong number I don't remember. No way to register now without a fake email address. Design flaw in their app.

The new updates made the app incompatible with my tablet, which is what I used last time. I installed it on my phone and it keeps crashing. I've tried uninstalling and installing again 4 times. Still not working. Technology makes everything harder.

The app provides no real time customer support during the rental period. There is no options to get help when the scooter malfunctions. The listed customer service number only goes to a mailbox.

As someone with health problems I was able to enjoy the zoo much more and it's easy to drive and use the app once the worker told me to reenter app to save info.

Absolutely worth the ride! We had the hippo, the speed was great! We had it for 2 hrs and could've gone longer but the battery started to slow us down.

Pretty comfortable the 1st hour, & I never could have walked as far as I rode. Then started to get uncomfortable, like riding a horse. But it was a lifesaver!
