When I use the app, it is much easier to get the rate I need and want as opposed to going through a third party like Priceline, who had me locked out of my room for 6 hours recently after checking in. The hotel staff fought to get payment from Priceline until it finally went through. And for that reason, I continue to stay here. The staff is willing to do anything to help out a customer who is doing their best, without a job, to pay her bill.

If you fail to indicate the days you want to stay using the calendar feature it's impossible to edit the dates. I gave up and reserved a room using my laptop before I realized the issue. A better developed app would give the option to edit the dates throughout the check out process, not just at the beginning. My 2 cents

We have been at the extended stay tomorrow for almost 4 months as temporary housing until we can find a rental locally. The app has made it easy to keep reservations in place and as to the staff at this particular ESA, they've become family. I would recommend this app to anyone who uses ESA on a regular basis or even an occasional basis.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been staying with ESA for almost two weeks now. The app doesn't work. I made reservations on the app, but the front desk didn't get it. I just paid for a couple more days, and wasn't able to get the 40% off because of the disconnect from app to desk. Disappointed to say the least. Now I'm being charged an extra $77, and I don't know why. Nobody seems to be interested in responding to these complaints either.

I'm still happy, tho I'm still gagging on people smoking weed or CBD near their rooms. I have to admit I vape, but it doesn't linger, nor stink. Other than that, this is a great hotel for long-term stays. My only complaint is that the room does not receive any Services during the week, and you have to continue to ask for trash bags, toilet paper, etcetera. I don't mind doing that, but it would be nice if they would just drop some off occasionally.

The staff Under Alvin, the manager's always been very, very helpful and accommodating. It's not an easy job working the front desk.

Always accomadating, friendly and there for your needs. They sometimes fall shirt on supplies buy be aware they have no control over it. That would be a corporate issue. A deal and it's worth it.
