Not sure if you’ve checked in or out? Find out under ‘Journeys’. You can also opt to get a notification every time you check in or out.

• Adjust missed check-ins or check-outs
Forgotten to check in or out? No problem! You can adjust missed check-ins and check-outs in the app. Up to 60 days after your journey.

• All journeys and travel costs in a one overview
View all your journeys and travel costs from the past 18 months under ‘Journeys’.

• Create travel expense overviews
Send travel expense overviews to your employer straight from the app. Or have it email you a PDF. All you need to do is select the month and trips—the app will take care of the rest!

• Add multiple cards
You can now add up to 10 cards to the app. Give them a name and colour so you can easily keep them apart. Perfect if you use different cards for travel.

• Add your age-based discount
If you qualify for a 34% age-based discount, you can add it to your card. In the app, share your name, date of birth and a photo and you’re good to go.

App works well for an expense report. To the developers: you really need to fix the list in the trips tab. Either the views are not getting recycled or you simply have too much work going on in the viewHolder's onBind. Scrolling through it is painful at the moment. Now when selecting expenses you can't click on the checkbox, or the text, only if you click on the row does it work. Probably incorrectly setup click listeners.

Functional idea and back-end of app is fine (though settings a bit oversimplified). But front-end is very amateuristic: scaling is way off on Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra with latest Android OS installed. Characters are way too large and overlap each other, so often unreadable + even unabling functionalities. Latest version 'hides' button "send expense claim" and hence renders app useless to me now. (I work in software development sector myself: better testing of this app needed)

App doesn't work. Went through the full registration including making a picture for 65+ discount, transferred 1 eurocent to TransLink to verify the bank account nbr. As a test, I made a short trip yesterday and ended up 2 'Public Transportation stop' actions in Google Wallet (never a start one) and the amount was deducted from my bank account without the 65+ discount. Bottom line, the app is useless.

Tried to use the app because my OV card was recently expired (I don't travel often) and it seemed like an intuitive new thing. When I want to add my debit card to the app though, it keeps sending me to the credit card form instead. I would appreciate if this could be fixed. Until then, I suppose I will just travel by ticket purchase.

two issues: 1. I added my credit card (visa) but it shows as a debit card in the app. 2. No way to add a Google pay card since you can't see the whole number.

It's a good app and I'm glad that I am able to pay with my debit card. However you won't be able to get any of the NS discounts for traveling at certain times when using this option. Which sucks. 2/5 until they improve this.

a note for tourists, I used an overseas credit card from a British bank to use on Dutch public transport and unless I was using it on trains, the transactions always failed to go through the following morning, so I would have to pay it manually then wait 15 mins before it would let me travel. The app is essential to see journey costs and fix any issues. The app itself is quite clunky, logging users out frequently.

Can't log in to the app, because I'm required to enter an email verification code, but the app immediately refreshes and goes back to first login page after I leave it to go check the code in the email app. It would be better if it didn't log the user out every time at all, didn't require the verification code, or at least had an option of an SMS/screen lock verification instead. Or stopped refreshing every time you exit.
