Doesn't refresh credit card balances when topped up. When I tried to pay by credit card, my card balance was not enough to pay so I logged into online banking, transferred some cash into cc, went back into app, tried to pay again and it failed again, tried multiple times.

There is no actual way to favourite a park in the app even though it says it can? Also would like the option to reduce the volume of the notification of parking ending or be able to disable it altogether, it beeps max volume even when notifications set to vibrate or on dnd

App is OK so far, the annoying thing is when the funds are low the red text on blue background is not a good choice. Possibly light yellow would be better. The credit card fee are a little high.

Start-stop requires maximum time, meaning I have to have enough credit til closing time to use this feature. This requirement is anti-consumer, and is horrible for tourists. Fine otherwise.

Horrific.. ui confusing and over complicated, and then just doesn't let you make payment anyway. Don't bother with the app, it adds more struggle than it's worth in time saving.

I initially found the application to be quite good, with a user-friendly interface and useful features. However, I've recently encountered an issue where I can no longer top up my account. This has left me concerned about the fate of my remaining $2.00 balance. It's disappointing to see such a fundamental function become inaccessible, and I hope the developers address this issue promptly.

This is a very dangerous app. the default alert sound is an extremely loud car horn, which sounds even if you are driving with the phone set to "do not disturb" mode. A sudden car horn while driving is extremely likely to cause accidents. The notifications can be disabled, but there's no warning about the silly-but-reckless noise this app makes, so you won't know to do that.

Really great (and convenient!) app for parking for work. I would suggest somehow communicating more directly with users when the app may be offline for maintenance or is not functioning correctly, so users don't think problems are their end, and move to other parking options - that would got the 5th star. But other than that, great app, I use daily - thanks!
