No smart card app? I was hoping to purchase my tickets through the app as it states in the description. Though what would be great, is the ability to use the "touch and go" card through a mobile app. Many cell phones have contactless (touch and go) capabilities, to incorporate this into the tarc app would not only save more time boarding, but also make it easier to add funds, would add increased security and save on the resource costs for producing the smart cards.

You have got to be kidding! After all the hype on television, the news, the new greatest latest app for getting around the city of Louisville - you should be ashamed. I live downtown and the app cannot even find a bus to my job - also downtown. Ever hear of the number 4 line? I gave this app a week of tries and they only thing it can find is an Uber lift! Don't waste your time - get Transit that works every time!

I find this app to be actually broken and near useless. My everyday route is on a specific time schedule so I wanted to use TARC's trip planner to map it out. But when I used this app it literally always shows the most recent bus trip no matter what I do, even if I selected the Depart At or Arrive At options, literally it doesn't work. Also the php schedule is a absolute mess, it has the necessary info but it's in the worst format I've ever seen in my whole life. Just terrible.

when this works I'll try it again. Problems are: 1) access to anything besides WiFi & location is intrusive. 2) Trip planner cannot find a simple 1-transfer trip. 3) There is no reason to require a account to see scheduled or plan trips. 4) There is no excuse for processing data outside US. 5) Required phone number for account is extremely stupid. 6) There is no control over preferences, unable to remove bike-don't have one, or rideshare. 7) A12-year-old script-kiddy could make a better app.

The app forces you to turn on calendar permissions. had to turn them on to get app started then go back and then off. Also no matter what date and time you put on top planned it only gives you next two busses. Also when regiatering it only asks for password once. so if you type it wrong you have to reset your password.

Downloaded it for my upcoming trip to Louisville. This app is clunky. The trip planner kerps showing the Preferences screen, there is no way to reverse the To & From fields - you have to delete the addresses and re-enter, etc.

So far the options look the same but the GPS is off. The biggest issue is that I can't sign in. So I tried to make an account. Can't do that either so no saving trips or anything. Nothing has improved over the old app. And I can't save the icon to my home screen.

this app needs to be updated constantly and as i never open it until im about to catch a bus, there are occasions, such as just now, where the update screen assumes priority and doesnt allow me to access the ticket i paid for. not that i expect all that much from TARC but it would be lovely if it had an app that indicated in some way that the ppl running things understood the basics of using public transit.
