Worst application The app is more expensive than any other apps in syria, also they give us a price then you have to pay 5000 or more every time only god knows why! Now let's talk about drivers. Most of the drivers does not know the roads and you have to lead them. They choose long way to get more money. Moreover, drivers ask for more money above the actual price.

Half the times the app spends 15 minutes trying to find a captain. Last 3-4 rides I paid 4000-5000 pounds more than the expected price for the ride. After speaking with customer service, they told me that the app calculates an extra kilometer at 10x times more than a minute of waiting in traffic, so they want me to go through traffic jam of the city rather than going through an empty road that's slightly more far away. Prices are 2x times the normal yellow taxis.

Thanks to this company I was 15mins late for an exam, not only did the captain never showed up, but here's what the customer service representative said: "we're sorry on behalf of our driver, he had an emergency and couldn't make it" ofc this happened after 20mins after the time I set, and to top it, the customer service representative said that "you can book another trip through the app" instead of offering any kind of amendment!!! Worse taxi booking app EVER!

Was a very good choice, despite the schemes the drives try occasionally. But now, the service is below average and the prices are abnormal to say the least.

This is a very good app. Very easy to use, and not that expensive. Drivers don't take long to arrive, and its safer than taxi's considering you have the drivers details...

I had to remove the app from phone and now i can't activate it, not receiving code sms. Tech support tried to help but no use. So disappointed because i used to depend on the app alot

very good app, but the problem it's not supported by Google maps, where drivers some times may face problems.
