App works nothing special. The flyaway service is excellent for those who know. 10$ to shuttle from arrivals to either union station or van Nuys, which pretty much allows one to take train to most places around greater LA area. It's faster than ride share. Lax has a shuttle to ride share lot 7 to. 10 min ride on lad shuttle. Then an uber ride to downtown or Hollywood is 30 to 60$ and that doesn't include peak usage and rush hour traffic rates for uber n lyft can easily be over 100$.

Bought a ticket in advance and it wouldn't scan on the bus, neither did it scan anyone else's who bought it through the app. No refunds offered and we all had to buy an additional ticket. Didn't even look like the machine was on lol, bus driver refused to budge.

I bought tickets to the wrong station but was unable to refund them since I was trying to catch the bus. The refund policy is unrealistic. People only have a few minutes to get a refund. I later learned location did not matter since I could have used the tickets for either destination.

Had to install Google play store. Then install the app Then after 30 min to do this the you not only have to scan to get off the bus but then you have to show inside. Bit no one tells you so if you close your phone it disappears. I don't like using my phone for this stuff to easy to get hacked. Use to be able to buy a round trip at the window.. but no not now. If your paying these people to stand there and check. Why can we pay when we get off. No every phone has unlimited data and storage

GARBAGE - DECEPTIVE - THESE BUSSES ARE FULL AND PASS YOU UP. They trick you into downloading an app and buying a ticket for a bus you can never get on. I waited over an hour with about 20 other people while three busses passed us. One of the drivers even waved and laughed. I was forced to buy a ticket in advance. I did a chargeback with my credit card company. This company should go out of business.
