Opodo is a scam! Avoid them like a plague. Opodo is not a transparent company at all. They offer very very conflicting and confusing information between the app and the staff, especially after receiving your membership subscription. You will receive cheaper prices when you're trialling the membership, but that disappears once you pay for the membership. So so disappointed and never again for me.

I booked a flight, with a flexible option of changing it if necessary, and pay only the difference between flights.1. I needed to change the return flight, i had this option on their site, showing 0 cost, but afterwards, they called and told me that i have to change my entire flight, even if i needed only for return. Secondly, even if i had the possibility to book another flight with an earlier date, they told me everything is booked (i verified the information and of course they lied).

Scam. Misleading Pricing and Questionable Practices. Their prices are heavily inflated, only to be "discounted" as prime membership prices to a rate that matches what you'd find directly through the airline or hotel. This deceptive practice gives the false impression of getting a deal, but in reality, you're not saving any money. On top of that, they sneakily charge you £89.99 as a membership fee. It's a scam from start to finish. Avoid falling for their misleading pricing tactics.

One of the worst experience I had with an app or website in a really long time. Cancelling the prime membership is an absolute nightmare,everything is done for you to not find the way to do it. This should not be allowed and I can imagine many non tech savvy people might struggle to do it and get stuck with a useless expensive prime membership. The link in the app to cancel the subscription is also not working for some weird reasons

Prime is not to recommend, they will make it difficult to cancel. after 2 years of payment I could finally cancel the prime subscription. Indicated prices will often change when you have to pay, furthermore you will often find with your prime discount more expensive flights and hotels than with other providers

Opodo is just scam and I wouldn't recommend it. It's affiliated with edreams and they scam people with their prime membership. I was charged twice and was told I would be refunded within 10days but still haven't received any refund. When you call them they tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing about it and their low flights is not as low as you may think. It's lower on the main flight apps

They are frauds. Dont book anything with them. They signed me up for prime membership without me noticing it and there is no option to cancel your membership directly from the app. I had forgotten about it and in an year they auto renewed my membership which i didnt sign up for willingly in the first place and cut 100€ from my account. You have to call them to cancel the membership but they never answer the call. I am going to take legsl action against them.

For a check in via the app I had to swipe all the way to my birth year - really, why can't one just type the numbers? Also, not possible to select for which flight you want to check in. Pretty poor customer experience, definitely didn't expected such a bad performance by a multimillion company...
