I can't book anything. Literally no OYOs available. I tried like 10 cities, even clicked on a few that were suggested to me just to see if it would work and everything just said "unavailable". I don't get it. I didn't even select a date or click any type of filters, I was JUST searching cities and even if it said there were OYOs there, they were all unavailable. I will try again in a couple of days but at this point, it seems like I'll just be deleting.

I booked a hotel last night, unknowingly to an abandoned oyo hotel, I tried to cancel it but it was too late and I tried to get a refund. That was not an option for me. I tried calling customer service, unfortunately, I kept getting automated messages and was never sent to an actual customer service. Each time I got close, the call would end. So I may be taking this a bit more further to settle this because I just lost $60 on an abandoned hotel that OYO placed on the app as NEW!

The one in Mobile AL on beltline is the most disgusting place I ever stayed at. They said they were under renovation, but it just looks like they don't want to clean or upgrade anything. The first time I went, it looked horrible outside and I decided not to stay but they still charged me a 50 no-show when I actually did show. The second time we showed up, looked better but my room had no TV. The heater barely worked, and the room wasn't cleaned. I have pictures.If anyone would like 2 see

The hotel was quite clean and tidy. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Although the amenities were decent, there is definitely room for improvement. Overall, a pleasant stay. But the think is there is no option for entertainment no tv available

Hotel Ace fell well below expectations in terms of service. From check-in to check-out, the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive. It took multiple attempts to get anyone’s attention at the front desk, and even then, requests were met with either delays or curt responses. I booked the room and payment was done at the time of booking and didn't check in due to some urgent work, so I cancelled the booking and request for refund. they refused to refund my amount, they have multiple cancellation policy, they suggested me to book the room for next day. only then they can adjust the amount, but this is not possible for me to book everyday. please look into this, kindly help ASAP.

Worst app. I made a booking and when I reached the location understood that the hotel was closed four months before. Moreover I made the payment and the amount was deducted from my bank account but the details was not found in the Oyo app and I lost my money. Customer service staff tried to help but had no clear reply for my concerns, finally I gave up my try and had to spent my night in the car.

Two times I got scammed in this app. Very worst experience. Please book hotel in any other app A year before I booked hotel in this app, when I reach there they told room not available, then I contact customer care. There is no response Last month when I try to book hotel in Google pay, payment deducted successfully but in oyo app it showed payment failed. Customer care told contact gpay and bank. According to them payment successfully sent to oyo but they are not ready to accept this.
