To solve the problem of frustratingly rigid public transit, buses or trains need to be deployed based on a demand-responsive format, which means that cities either make public transport lines more dynamic or adopt a nightmarish amount of taxis. Unlike the latter, mass transit services can serve at least 30x more passengers with lesser vehicles, which also means less congestion and smogs generated amongst our roads. A large network of free-flowing mass transit vehicles means that any corner of a city can be made infinitely accessible and every citizen can now easily access public transportation. The key to making this work is to ensure that every passenger can now share a speedy mass transit ride that caters to their personal schedule- this is the goal of RushOwl. App has potential but unless they tie up the loose ends of the amount of glitches and bug. This morning when I tried to book a ride to work, the booking went through and I even paid for it, however the moment I close the app to reply a message and come back to the app, my booking disappeared. I even tried to contact customer service from 8:40am to 9am and there was no response. This is a bit too much even If you are a budding service. Update : they did reach out to me at 915am eventually

Very bad service, one one replies on the chat if you need help. My driver wasn't moving, and the pickup time was delayed by an hour. The worst thing is that you can't cancel your trip once it's booked, so you end booking with someone else and losing your money with RushTrail.

Standard Chartered Marathon has a special offer to shuttle runners to the race village at 1:38am. At the very last minute the assigned driver was reported as having broke down. At first I was relieved that the app informed me that a replacement driver was on the way but it totally overlooked my stop and left dozens of runners who were with me stranded. Luckily another bus for another trip code just happened to stop by.

App works terribly with poor interfacing and excessive misleading clicks needed for the same action... Bloody scamming by having multiple time slots only for the driver to come so late he picks 2 time slot worth of people. Don't use this if you expect it to be on time. Bloody waste of time

Ride was OK. However, the admin personnel is very non-responsive and irresponsible. Always not replying to customer and have to ask a million times. Many occasions when rides were cancelled on customer, they either don't respond or very very very slow response for reimbursement. Very poor administrative service.

Forces user to turn on location, even if my intention is to check on my future booking. The pop up message will ask you again and again even after you selected NO to turn on location. So irritating.

Freaking dumb and buggy app. Kept prompting me to select a pick-up point but doesn't provide any stops for selection. Download at your own risk
