The system is very bad. I order flight tickets, payment confirmed but I dont Get email for confirmation, also my orders didn't appear so I'm confused to search it. I must call the CS to check, and they said the order is error but payment confirmed, I ask for cancelation & refund but CS dont help much. I'm not recommended for using this app. Traveloka or Agoda is better

They have the worst customer service ever.. CS is not helpful, close conversation one sidedly when issue is not resolved. Plus issues escalated to related team does not have clear resolution time. Quite frankly very disapponting as I use them quite often to book flight and hotel. I was asked to wait 7 days and every time I contacted CS, the message was: wait wait wait wait.. and then they close the ticket. Embarrasing!

very bad apps. I booked a hotel for 2 nights and have made payment using credit card. My credit card has been deducted but I didnt get the voucher and no reservation was made. When I tried to contact Pusat Bantuan, it displayed "reload page" all the time.

too many embeded cost... i didnt click add on insurance,but check out with it. Not happy with the booking experience. I buy because of the promo, but with this add on is almost the same. dissappointed.

This app is awful at managing bookings. You kept directing the users to an outside browser and it always ends in a loop of constant log-ins and sign-ups. If I wanted to be directed to the app next door, I wouldn't have used this one in the first place 👎🏻

We booked an apartment on the trip to Solo. But when we got there there's no one who can gave us a key. The security told us that usually the owner hand over the key by himself. This thing never happened before in other applications, usually the management of the apartment had taken the matter. In the middle of the night we had to look for another hotel for stay. We complaint but only machine answering it. Just giving an update, the refund process is doing well, thanks for the fast response

It's been more than a month since my flight cancel and it's not refunded yet until today! The CS just replied wait.wait.wait. how come we always asked to be waiting like this, So SUCKS! ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! MY MONEY IS MY RIGHT! I WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP. IT'S NOT A SMALL AMOUNT! PLEASE GIVE IT BACK MY MONEY!!!

The offer is still available on the apps. When we tried to book, it said technical problem occureed, please come back later. We message the cust service, get the complaint ref number. CS mentioned that relevant department will contact me. Three hours later no news. I tried to book again just to find out that the ticket is no longer available though the offer is still there. Scammed by the IT.
