Terrible! I tried to check in on their regular web page,but you can't. You must download the app to do so. I don't need another app that I'm going to use once a year! After I had an issue with scanning the passport in which you can't input manually.A while after it scanned, but after they wanted to charge me for a seat, the system choosed automatically.Ridiculous!was on the phone with customer service over 30min to fix the issue.

the new app sucks. I had my settings to be charged in USD, when it came to charging my card it charged it in pesos and ended up charging my card a higher price. I called customer service and couldn't to anything even though i have a screenshot. I would have to cancel and redo my reservation.

Forces you to use a scanner to check in. I want to manually input because I buy the tickets for my family, and I don't have the documents in hand because they are in mexico. Terrible design.

The app doesn't display my flight information, receiving error message "unexpected error occurred could not connect to server" and unable to complete the check-in process.

it doesn't work, constantly crashes and it won't even let me check in, it was so much easier back than when you just had to do it through your laptop

The only way to input passport information is by using the camera. I do not want to use the camera. I want to have the option to input manually.

the app is not able to scan passports with long names, it gives an error saying that the name doesn't match the passenger.

The passport scanner doesn't work and can't do my check-in. It doesn't help that they always over sell their flights
