Zed offers a convenient multi-destination journey option, and an option to book a recurring trip. However, drivers cancel last minute and so the experience is rather poor Update - Nov 7 2024 - I have continued to use ZED despite initial experiences. The service is improving. The app has useful features such as multi-destination trips which I use for school-pickup (home > school > home); fares are reasonable. Some drivers still cancel last minute, but Zed usually promptly calls. Getting there !!

Average mode for rating. Advertisement is poor. And the booking format/process is very complicated. Make reliable for the process of booking for the customer. Need to develop more. Make reliable process.

Use Careem instead. Zed is the worst ride hailing app I have ever used in any country. Constant technical bugs, delays, 5x combo of failed pickups. Waited for over an hour. Customer service promises to call back but never does. Drivers show up 10% of the time.

My friend recommended my this app when i download this app and open it its interface is very annoying and app is very slow and after i book the ride it take 5 minutes to assign the zed driver so i uninstalled this app.now am using careem app instead of this i don't recommend this app to anyone

The services are very good, and it's easy to use the App. The customer service team is responding immediately to any concerns.

The app idea is way better than the others. They have good offers, and they provide an option to pick the theme you want for the ride, but like any other app, they don't have control on the riders so some of the features will not be applicable. Recommendation: try to differentiate more in something you can control and do some marketing! P.S. we can help you.

Too much bad experience in this ride feel bad it was showing 36 . Something but when ride finish it was more than 40 AED and when I talk to costumer support they directly cut the call too much bad I don't recommend this App.for anyone's plz be aware of this app thanks👏 and the diver was also fighting too much bad I want to return witherelsx but it was un comfortable plz don't use this app even costumer care also doesn't support in time u need
