Nice and useful application. One suggestion for improvement would be to enable buying multiple tickets with single QR code scanning. Currently if you want to buy multiple tickets you have to scan QR code in the vehicle once for each ticket, which takes way too long in a crowded vehicle. Please add option to the ticket buying screen to pre-select how many tickets you want to buy and only scan QR code once.

This is the crappiest user experience that I ever had for public transportation. There is no way to buy a ticket at the stop, no way to buy a ticket inside the tram, and no info anywhere on how to buy tickets. When, after some digging, you finally find out about the app, you find out that you can't even pay for your trip yet : you have to put money on the app first before you even know how much it's going to cost... Then wait 15 min before you can buy a ticket! I was already at my stop...

Need to add money in their wallet. Minimum amount you can add is one euro. I only needed two tickets. One ticket is 0.53. So I added 2 euros and rest of the money is stuck in the wallet. I was just travelling through zagreb. It's not a lot of money but still a bad design.

What is with this QR code nonsense? It should be possible to buy the ticket without it, since the code isn't always accessible (especially in the morning when the trams are overcrowded). Today, the QR code sticker was ripped and I couldn't reach another one. If I want to prolong the ticket, I can't just click on the card and pay up, instead I have to leave my place/seat and find the QR again. Also you can't add cents to the funds, everything is rounded up to euro.

You can't just buy a ticket. You need to first register. But the app doesn't support password managers, so you need to invent a complex password. If you manage to do that, you still can't buy a card directly. You need to add funds to the app (non-refundable) which are then used to buy a ticket. After you've done all that, you need to hunt for a QR code in the tram and scan it. It's like they don't want us to buy a ticket, and I'm happy to oblige.

There is no need for QR Code or NFC scan. If I'm purchasing ticket online and activating it for that zone, than ticket is active and timer should be counting. Also, if user is not sure which zone is it, add locate me button to pick correct zone. Very bad UX, looks like Rodjiak d.o.o. developed this.

Everything works stable. Very convenient way to pay for public transport. It requires scanning the QR that is understandable. Otherwise, it would be very easy to buy it in a second when a controller asked it

Logs me out at random times and won't let me log back in saying my password is incorrect or there is an internal problem. It happened multiple times and no matter what I did, I couldn't get back in
