Updated version too buggy. The old version worked fine but with the actual one I can't pay (can't finalize the booking cause the payment site doesn't load) and it's not possible to change the currency (from czk). No response from support unfortunately

Total waste of time and effort. After 2hrs of trying to download the app I was unable to purchase any refreshments because the ticket was purchased by a friend. So I was left hungry for 6hrs long journey. Hopeless

Wifi in the train is quite awful. I ordered food, was charged, the payment confirmation remained on hold for 20 minutes. one hour later, we asked servers and they said that they never received our order. now I'm waiting for them to give me the money back for stuff I paid for and never received.

The old app version was not great, but it was simple and clear. The new version is just UX hell. The top appbar (and the navigation drawer expanded from the right side) is a joke, no compliance with Material design at all. Why when I am on the main page, the "My tickets" tab is highlighted like it was selected? Why (I guess) "Profile" tab's icon is grey, but account balance is blue? Very disappointed with this update. Also it logged me out.

This was the first time (and hopefully the last time) i had to install an app to buy a snack. Having to figure out password for the account used to but a ticket to get a Kofola is not a good idea. Mostly useless, everything the app does either already is a web page or could have been a web page. Does not work when internet connection drops out during the train trip, i have lost the log in when this happened. In summary: boooooo

You can find a surprising amount of info in the app but it is really unintuitive. Half the time it doesn't even show you the tickets and you have to refresh several times to eventually get them. I really don't want to make comparisons between this and the ČD app for example, but they could take some inspiration... edit: For the past few months I have to keep reinstalling the app because it just randomly decides to stop loading anything past the logo.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I find your new refreshments ordering system absolutely terrible, the app kept crashing and when it worked for a couple of minutes I couldn't even order a cup of coffee (which I am entitled to as your customer) as it kept claiming it is not possible to order at the moment (during the whole journey?!). You may want to work on this or you will start losing customers very quickly.

EDIT: The issues below seemed fixed to me and the app worked well. Changing the rating. Tried to order coffee and food. For payment I was redirected to a third party app and when I wanted to check some info in my phone (minimizing the app) it closed and couldn't have been found again and therefore I couldn't finish the payment. The order couldn't have been cancelled and waiting about two (!) hours didn't help it either, so I stayed hungry till the rest of the ride... (Only one order per time)
