I always used it, worked fine. But for some reason i started to get that phone is not connected to internet although it was. Turns out application wasn't updated so that's why i received the message. It should say so, if person is not tech savvy it would be very frustrating and probably he or she wouldn't find the issue

It is amazing to see an app in our app-centered world which lacks a basic function such as allowing purchase of a return ticket, or even more than one single ticket at a time. A return trip for 2 people requires 4 separate purchases. The website has no such limitations. Uninstalled.

App is not very clear. I bought a Kiss and Fly ticket in advance, and only found out when I went to use it that it's only valid from time of purchase, even though the normal tickets can be used at any time. Quickly bought a new one at the station, but even though I clicked Kiss and Fly, the drop down menu must have reset to Adult single, so when I went to return I had to buy yet another ticket. Ended up spending 400kr more than I needed to. Just use the website.

Does not support rooted Android devices. Stay away from this app. Edit in response to reply: Please cite these "security" reasons. Plenty of properly-developed apps on Android can handle rooted phones. There is also no reason to assume malice with rooted users, there are many reasons to root your phone, and very few of these have to do with malicious actions.

Terrible app. Now told Flybussen only use their website! Wasted hours as this wasn't made clear! 22 November 2023 app still very poor. Almost impossible to use. Are busses only running once an hour? Why is it so much more expensive than the train? The train app is so much better and easy to use! Cheaper as well.

Unless you have a Norwegian phone number this app is useless except for looking up time tables. A phone number is required for purchasing tickets through app, and the app will only send a verification code to Norwegian numbers. I thought a workaround would be to buy via website and add ticket to app - not an option, nor is adding purchased tickets to your mobile wallet. For a rail company that serves an international Airport the lack of functionality for non-Norwegian travelers is unacceptable.

the app is well made and does what is expected of it, however due to idiocy in the dev team it blocks phones with user root access for no reason. Thankfully, this idiocy means their solutions for blocking the apps usage are also bad and access to the app can be gained on a rooted phone without too much trouble.

App is unusable. When you go to pay it asks for a phone number. It tells me my own phone number (Iceland) is not valid and will not let me continue. Please consider users from other countries when developing an app for the airport.
